Pool election coverage in Timor-Leste
As training director of a multi-year ICFJ project in 2007, Schnellinger supervised a national survey and coverage plan for presidential and parliamentary elections with six teams of Timorese radio and print journalists.
She also designed, implemented and supervised a team for long-term training of Timorese journalism trainers.
